What We Do
The Air Force Enlisted Village (AFEV) continues its mission of providing a safe, secure home for surviving spouses of retired enlisted U.S. Airmen and Guardians. From June 2024 – July 2025 the AFEV Benevolence Program provided $701,000 in financial support to eligible Department of the Air Force widows. The care and support services through this program for our 600+ residents at Bob Hope Village and Hawthorn House would not be possible without the Air Force Assistance Fund.
